Your order is not accepted until beier-rantzau confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as beier-rantzau may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delays related to shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we have handed off the products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

beier-rantzau is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any purchases and sales you make in our store, however, are made directly with beier-rantzau. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale of products between you and beier-rantzau, including damages, harm, or losses resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with beier-rantzau.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations hereunder, except to the extent that you are materially prejudiced.
