Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us at info@beier-rantzau.com if you have any questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped within the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@beier-rantzau.com.
